Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use 5ivepm. Alcohol is never required. If you choose to consume alcohol, you are responsible for following the laws where you are located and for doing so responsibly.

The experience

5ivepm provides online spaces where invited adults can meet by video for informal social gatherings. Event availability, table size, features, hosts, topics, and access may change. An invitation is personal unless we state otherwise and may not be transferred or used to disrupt an event.

Respectful participation

You agree not to harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, exploit, record without permission, or share unlawful or harmful content involving other participants. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use 5ivepm for unauthorized commercial solicitation. We may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect participants or the service.

SMS invitation program

5ivepm sends event invitations and related event information to mobile numbers whose users have agreed to receive those messages. Message frequency varies and is generally limited to invitations and relevant event communications. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@5ivepm.ai. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.

Privacy, camera, and microphone

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. A video gathering requires access to your camera and microphone when you enable them. Other participants can see or hear what you choose to transmit. You are responsible for your surroundings and for obtaining permission from anyone else who may appear or be heard.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party hosting, email, text, and video providers. Their services may have separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse those sites.

Service availability and disclaimers

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may cancel or reschedule gatherings. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful social connections, or the conduct of other participants.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5ivepm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from participant conduct, third-party services, interrupted access, or your voluntary consumption of food or beverages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as 5ivepm evolves. The revised Terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service. Questions may be sent to support@5ivepm.ai.
