Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, country, time zone, drink preference, availability, age confirmation, RSVP response, and information you submit when contacting us.
• Invitation information: event details, invitation status, personalized access links, and records showing when consent to receive an invitation by text was confirmed.
• Video-event information: display name, room participation, microphone and camera settings, and technical connection information. Live audio and video may be processed by our video provider to deliver the event. We do not record events unless we clearly notify participants and obtain any consent required by law.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP address, access times, referring pages, diagnostic data, and device-local preferences.
• Connection health reports: successful joins, failed connections, unexpected disconnects, and background-processing failures, with a broad mobile/tablet or desktop classification and timestamp. These reports do not include guest names, email addresses, IP addresses, room links, or persistent device identifiers. The dashboard shows the last 30 days; older reports are deleted when new reports arrive.
• Sponsor engagement: anonymous counts of when a sponsor placement is shown, opened, or used to visit a nearby search, official locator, or product page. Our sponsor dashboard records the gathering, table, action, sponsor, and time without attaching a participant name, email address, or purchase history.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure 5ivepm, manage the waitlist, create and deliver invitations, process RSVPs, provide virtual gathering rooms, communicate event information, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, understand service and sponsor-placement performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging and consent

We send a 5ivepm invitation by SMS only after the intended recipient has agreed to receive it. Message frequency varies and is generally limited to event invitations and related event information. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent us from using service providers solely to deliver and support our messaging program.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to vendors that help us provide website hosting, database services, email delivery, text delivery, video calling, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers may process information only to perform services for us and are subject to appropriate obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets. Any successor must continue to handle SMS consent information in accordance with the restriction above.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing events, maintaining consent and delivery records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline an invitation, reply STOP to text messages, adjust camera and microphone permissions in your device, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some information may be retained where required for security, compliance, or recordkeeping.

International use and age

5ivepm brings together people in different countries, so information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable protections where required. The service is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
